HAGEN v. HAGEN.
The petitioner, Arline Constance Hagen (formerly Heggie) applied for an order for the restitution of conjugal rights directed to her husband, Louis Martin Karlson Hagen. The parties were married in Sydney, according to the rites of the Church of England, in February, 1910. Mr. W. C. Moseley appeared for the petitioner, who was granted the order
prayed for.

THE COURTS.
...In the suit by Arline Constance Hagen, formerly Heggle, against Louis Martin Karlson Hagen, for restitution of conjugal rights, his Honor granted a decree directing the respondent to return to the petitioner within 21 days of the service of the order. Mr. W. C. Moseley for the petitioner.

HAGEN v. HAGEN.
Arline Constance Hagen (formerly Heggie) applied for a dissolution of her marriage with Louis Martin Karlson Hagen, on the ground of desertion, by reason of non-compliance with an order of the Court for restitution of conjugal rights. The marriage took place at St. Michael's Church, Flinders Street, Sydney, on February 8 1910, according to the rites of the Church of England.
A decree nisi returnable in six months, was granted. Mr. Moseley appeared for the petitioner.
