Biography
Felix was born about 1859. He is the son of James Heighway and Lucy Webb.[1]
He immigrated to New Zealand in 1864 with his parents and two siblings. The ship, British Empire, arrived in Canterbury, New Zealand on Sept. 6, 1864.[2]
