Elizabeth (21) married Westall Thrasher Ridgley (21) (born on 18 May 1778 in Traptown, Fredrick County, Maryland; son of Jacob Westall Ridgley I and Ruth (Thrasher) Ridgley) on 24 December 1799 in Frederick.[1] so she was still living at the time of the assessment.

How firm is your death date? I found a tax assessment from 1833 in Jefferson Township, Richland, Ohio, United States. It looks like a good fit to me, but she's your relative.
