Biography

Mrs. Hazel H. Wagner, 83, of Somers, died in the Heritage Place in Kalispell on Sunday, July 18, 1993.

She wa born February 27, 1910 in Somers, a daughter of Kenneth and Caroline Hellen. She attended Somers School and was a graduate of St. Matthew's Catholic High School in Kalispell. She attended college in Cheney, WA for two years.

She was a teacher and taught school in Somers, Malta, and Galata, MT.

On November 4, 1934, she married Ross Wagner in Somers. In 1942, the couple moved to California where they lived until 1981 when they returned to Somers.

Mrs. Wagner was a member of the St. Ann's Catholic Church in Somers.

She is survived by her husband, Ross, at their home in Somers; a brother, Wallace Hellen of Leigh Acres, Florida; a sister Mrs. Warren "Bobbie" Hersman of Somers and a number of nieces and nephews.
