Community members, not customers
Feel free to contact the WikiTree team. We enjoy personal relationships with many WikiTree community members.
However, it's important to understand that WikiTree does not offer "customer service."
We are a 100% free website with very little advertising. In order to stay this way, which we have pledged to do, we must keep costs ultra-low. We cannot afford to pay someone to answer member questions one-on-one.
If you have a question, ask it in the community's Q&A forum.
You can also contact the family member or genealogist who invited you to join WikiTree. As a more experienced contributor, they may be able to help.
Please contact us if you see what may be an emergency technical problem or an issue that can only be resolved by accessing private information on your account.
