Biography

Beatrice was born about 1857. She was the daughter of Richard Hemming and Caroline Hester Hemming.

Census 1861: Living with her parents and three older siblings in Upper Bentley, Bentley Pauncefoot, Worcestershire, England. Aged 4. Also in the household was a Governess and 10 servants. Her father was a Needle Factuer Also Farming 200 Acres Of Land.

She married Major General Hugh Sutlej Gough in 1886 in St. George Hanover Square, London, England.

Census Date 31 March 1901: Living with her husband and 11 servants in Caerhun, Caernarvonshire, Wales. Aged 44. No children recorded.

Her husband passed away in 1920.

She passed away in 1933 at the age of 75.^[2]
