Clyde was born in 1908. He was the son of Otto Hendershot and Nellie Hutchison. He passed away in 1987.

HENDERSHOT, CLYDE, 78, of 5060 76th Ave. N, Pinellas Park, died Saturday (Feb. 28, 1987) at his residence. He came here in 1955 from his native East Liverpool, Ohio, where he was for many years manager for Hall's China Co., an insurance agent for Western & Southern Life Insurance Co., and a member of the Elks and the Eagles. Locally he was a member of First Christian Church. Survivors include his wife Ethel; a son James W. Hood, Orlando, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. C.E. Prevatt Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.
