Manawatu Times, Volume XLII, Issue 1894, 15 August 1921. SUPREME COURT. IN DIVORCE. Sitting in divorce on Saturday, his Honour Mr Justice Hosking heard an application by Herman Thorn Graham for dissolution of his marriage with Thurza Jane Graham. Adultery was alleged, and the co-respondent cited was John N. Rider. All parties resided at Foxton. The marriage took place in 1907, and there were four children. Since August, 1920, respondent and Rider had been together very frequently, and when taxed with misconduct the co-respondent admitted he was the cause of all the trouble, and said he would marry respondent if petitioner secured a divorce. Corroborative evidence was given as to co-respondent's visits to Mrs Graham. A decree nisi, to be moved absolute in three months, was granted, and costs £35, and dispersements, were allowed against co-respondent.
