Captain Henderson.

Captain Thomas Henderson, who for - the past 15 years has been agent on the Macleay Biver for the North Coast S. N. Co., died at Kempsey last week. Captain Henderson traded to Sydney in . the- Aberdeen White Star clipper ships, and afterwards joined John See and Co.'b coaBt&l service. When the latter was bought oui by the North Coast 8.N. Co., he went over to that company, and - was in the Burrawong for some time with the late Captain Taplin. He was widely, known on the Macleay. The flags of die tfoVth Coast S.N. Co.'s fleet in port were lowered to half-mast, as a token of respect
