Will of Jesse Henderson

In the Name of God Amen, I Jesse Henderson of Anderson County and State of Tennessee being of Sound mind and  ??? in body and considering the uncertaincy of this mortal Life knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die do make and publish this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all these heretofore made by me in the words and ??? following: first, I will that my daughter Elmyra Vosmuss have one hundred and eighty acres of land called the old Ganes track by her paying one hundred Dollars to John Henderson and the same amount to Nancy Ganes and her heirs and the same amount to Margaret Farmer?. I will to my son James Henderson one hundred acres of land called the old Foust track being the land he now lives on by his paying the same amount to the above named Nancy Ganes or her heirs Margaret Elmyra Vosmuss and Atwood Vosmuss have all my farming tools and smith tools and household furniture that may be on hand at my Death and all the Stock that I have my claim on and in order that this will be lawfully executed I appoint my son James Henderson and Atwood Vosmuss my executors to execute this my last Will and testament wherefore I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this 24th of January 1866.
