Biography

Edward was born in 1734. He was the son of Nathaniel Henderson and Patience Unknown. He passed away about 1790.

There is a South Carolina marriage record for Edward Henderson and "Anna" dated 1784. If this is the same couple, then that wife would not be the mother of the 12 children.

Will of Nathaniel Henderson, Craven Co., SC, signed July 15 1776, probated 1782

Will of Edward Henderson, Chester Co., SC, signed Dec 3, 1790. This version is neither from the original nor the Will book copy, but from a typed copy done locally and filmed by Ancestry. It gives the probate date as Dec 3, 1790, which is highly unlikely, and omits son Wilson T. Recorded in Book A, p. 60
