Biography

The 1802 court case by Elizabeth Marlow vs her father's Will reveals a few snippets about this family. Although the Hendersons believed Sherrod to be dead, sworn testimony puts him alive and in Georgia in early 1802. One deponent said he had been present to see Tyree Henderson killed "on the Mountain island on the Catawba".
