Biography

When Margaret "Peggy" Hendren was born in 1800 in North Carolina, her father, Oliver, was 41, and her mother, Arania, was 31. She married Laurence Hudson on August 12, 1825, in Rowan, North Carolina. They had seven children in 26 years. She died in 1880 having lived a long life of 80 years, and was buried in Salisbury, North Carolina.
