Cody Doyle Hendrick was born on May 9, 1916, in Gassaway, West Virginia to Myrtle Samples, age 23, and Mack Hendrick , age 31.[1] Cody Doyle Hendrick died on April 17, 1973, when he was 56 years old. [2] He is buried in Columbus, Franklin County, Ohio, USA. [3]
