Biography
Mary Henry was born on 14 Oct 1809 in County Donegal, Ireland, daughter of John Henry (~1761 - 1856) and Elizabeth (McBride) Henry (~1773 - 1857).
Mary (~10) married William Rowles (~42) , son of John Rowles and Mary Whippo, in 1820. Their children were:
- John Henry Rowles (1826 - 1891)
- William Miller Rowles (1832 - 1910)
- Mary Ellen (Rowles) McCanna (1840 - 1898)
- Susannah (McCracken) Campbell (1841 - 1883)
- Daniel Webster (Rowles) McCracken (1843 - 1906).
Mary (~38) married Greenwood McCracken (~40) , son of Daniel McCracken and Elizabeth Ann Corrigan, in 1848. Their daughter was Elizabeth Ann (McCracken) McCullough (1837 - 1916).
Mary died on 21 Nov 1867 in Clearfield, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, United States aged 58.
All but her oldest children, John and William, took the McCracken name.
