Nancy Hensley was born in 1800 in Washington, Culpeper, Virginia, United States, the daughter of Larking Hensley and Sarah Emaline Childress.. She married Aaron Hood 29 May 1823, in Knox, Tennessee, USA. She died in 1838 in Cochren Grove, Shelby, Illinois, at the age of 38.
