Winona was born in 1924. She was the daughter of Payne Hensley and Lydia Birmingham. She married Joe L. Proctor in 1942, and moved to Oklahoma City. They had 2 daughters. She worked for the Putnam City School district, and was a member of Memorial Christian Church. She passed away about 2010. [1]
