Willie was born 5 Nov 1884 at Wynnewood, Pontotoc, Chickasaw Nation, Indian Territory, the son of William Hensley and Elzira Conrady. Willie passed away 22 Dec 1952 at Walker Township, Garvin, Oklahoma. He is buried at the Oaklawn Cemetery, Wynnewood, Garvin County, Oklahoma.[2]
