Lady Janet Hepburn (b. betw. 1481 and 1490; d. aft 10 May 1558) was the daughter of Patrick Hepburn, 1st Earl of Bothwell and Lady Janet Douglas.
She married George Seton, 3rd Lord Seton, son of George Seton, 2nd Lord Seton and Lady Margaret Campbell, bef 25 January 1506/7. Her husband died at the Battle of Flodden in 1513. She later lived at the at Convent of St. Catherine of Sienna, Edinburgh, where she d. after 10 May 1558.

Janet or Joanna Douglas, before February 1481, (d. before 21 February 1491), daughter of James Douglas, 1st Earl of Morton by his spouse, Princess Joanna Stewart. They had one daughter: Joanna Hepburn, (d. 1558), married to George Seton, 5th Lord Seton, who fell at Flodden. Margaret Gordon, by contract dated 21 February 1491, daughter of George Gordon, 2nd Earl of Huntly. They had four sons and a daughter: Adam Hepburn, 2nd Earl of Bothwell, who succeeded him.
