Biography
Cecil went to Canada at the same time as his brother, Leonard. Cecil was known us Cec, Richard or Dick. He married Lilian ? (). Cecil worked with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for many years as a corporal reg num. 12946. He then become Court Clerk, living in Lethbridge, Alberta until he died. His obituary can be found in the October 1975 edition of the Quarterly RCMP Journal. Cecil died in 1975 at the age of 67. His wife returned to her family in Winnipeg after his death.
