Biography

Lady Margaret Augustas Herbert was the daughter of Lt-General, Rt. Hon. Sir Percy Egerton Herbert and Lady Mary Caroline Louisa Thomas Petty-Fitzmaurice.^[1] She was born in St George's, Hanover Square, London in about 1869. ^[2]
