Biography
She was christened on 30 Dec 1769 in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia and her parents were Elizabeth Sevilla (Knauff) and Johann Herman.
Isaac Gris (French for the colour Gray) looks to have been a "latecomer" to the Lunenburg area. Which means he or his parents were not a part of the original "Foreign Protestant" migration, but came at a slightly later date.
He was born about 1754 and married Anna Barbara Herman on Sept 13, 1791. They had at least 3 children who are in the parish register. Anna Barbara passed on Oct 17, 1821 at the age of 53 years. Children include;[1]
