Isaac Gris (French for the colour Gray) looks to have been a "latecomer" to the Lunenburg area. Which means he or his parents were not a part of the original "Foreign Protestant" migration, but came at a slightly later date.
He was born about 1754 and married Anna Barbara Herman on Sept 13, 1791. They had at least 3 children who are in the parish register. Anna Barbara passed on Oct 17, 1821 at the age of 53 years. Children include;[1]
