Delfina Hernandez, also known as Delfina Hernandes, Delfina H Minjares and Delfina Minjares, was born on 23 Sep 1869 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Her parents are Catarino Hernandes and Carmen Luna. She received the sacrament of Baptism on 03 Oct 1869 at San Fernando Church, San Antonio, Texas.

She married Davis Wilburn, son of Frank G Wilburn and Jesusa Perez, on 03 Oct 1889 in Bexar County, Texas. Termination of marriage unknown.

Delfina then married John Jett on 20 Jan 1894 in Bexar County, Texas. They had one child Juanita Jett. Ending of marriage unknown.

Her third and final marriage was to Pedro Minjares on 01 Mar 1902 in Bexar County, Texas. From this union they had the following children: Maria de la Luz, Bertha, Frank and Lidia.
