Biography

William Heron was born on July 1, 1877 in Osprey, Grey, Ontario, Canada to William Heron and Janet Gray. ^[1]

On February 27, 1900, William married Charlotte "Lottie" Wills, daughter of Henry Wills and Ellen Hogle, in Toronto, York, Ontario. He was a resident of Wexford and she a resident of Belleville. ^[2] In 1901, William and Lottie lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. ^[3]

On July 3, 1907, William married Mildred Torrington Parker, daughter of Adeline and Thomas Parker, in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada. ^[4] In 1911, William and Mildred and their two daughters, Adeline Heron Eyler and Edythe Heron Dorr, resided in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. William was an accountant. ^[5] A third daughter, Isabelle Heron Nowlan, was born in 1913. In 1921, Mildred applied to nullify her marriage to William. ^[6] She later moved to Washington State and was married to Hans Olsen, and her daughters with William are shown in the census records with the last name of Olsen.

William married Beatrice Louise Boncey in 1919 in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire, England. ^[7] They had three sons - Peter, Lawrence and Alexander and lived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. ^{[8] [9]}

William died on August 31,1955 and was buried in Edmonton Municipal Cemetery Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. ^[10]
