Biography

Nathaniel was born about 1834 and was in Isaac's household in 1850 in Jasper County, MS^[1]. He was living in Hinds County, MS in 1860^[2] and married Mollie P Cherry, April 10, 1865 in Hinds County^[3]. He was in Dallas County, TX in 1900^[4] and in 1910^[5]. According to his Confederate Pension Application made in1913^[6], as Nat E Herrington, he moved to Dallas County, TX in 1896 a . The application says he was born in Jasper County, MS and that he enlisted in July, 1864 in Hinds County, MS. He died February 22, 1915 in Dallas County^[7].
