Biography
William Ruben "Bill" Herrington was born on June 11, 1902 in Arkansas. He was the son of Charles Columbus Herrington and Florria Stracener. "Bill" married Evelyn Lillian Fisher in 1930. He passed away on Sept 16, 1970 in Kingsville Texas and was laid to rest in Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville Texas.[1]
