Joseph died on 15 Aug. 1770 at Abington, Plymouth, Massachusetts and was buried at Mount Zion Cemetery, Whitman, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. His memorial has a photo of his headstone, biographical material and links to those of family members.[7]
