Henry was born about 1820.
In the 1841 census Henry (age 20) was on High Street, St Nicholas, Colchester, Essex, England.[1]
Henry, son of Stephen Hewes, married Emma Griggs on 19 May 1844 in Essex, England.[2]
He passed away before 1861.
The 1851 census describes his wife as a baker's wife.[3]
The 1861 census describes his wife as a widow, so he must have died before then.[4]
