Isaac Hiatt, son of Eliel and Polly Hiatt, was born on July 19, 1841 and died at his home on West Cherry street in the City of Noblesville April 15, 1913, aged 71 years, 8 months, and 26 days. He leaves a wife, and one son Clyde Hiatt, and one daughter, Mrs. Clara Johnson; his brothers Brison Hiatt and Larkin and a number of relatives and friends to mourn their loss.
His boyhood days were spent in the Quaker home of his parents on a farm near the town of Westfield. In early manhood he was married to Hannah Cheesman daughter of George and Elizabeth Cheesman, and they are parents of one daughter, Mrs. Clara Johnson and one son Clyde Hiatt.
