Biography

Mary was born in 1886 in Michigamme, Marquette County, Michigan to John Hickey (1844-1924) and Catherine Ann "Kate" Fleming (1854-1939).

Mary married Robert Emmet Purcell (1885-1969) on 9 Jul 1919 in Miles City, Custer County, Montana. Their children were:

  1. James Francis Purcell (1920-2017)
  2. Margaret Mary (Purcell) Smith (1922-1997)

Mary passed away in 1949 in Miles City, Yellowstone County, Montana, and was buried at Calvary Cemetery, Miles City, Custer County, Montana.
