Louisa Caroline Hickey was born on December 3, 1845 in Putnam, Tennessee, United States, daughter of Elijah Hickey (1814–1897) and Sarah Saylors (1820–1900).
Louisa died on October 9, 1920 in Baxter, Putnam, aged 74. She was buried in Judd Cemetery, Baxter, Tennessee.[1][2]
