Biography
William was born in 1859. The son of William Hickman and Clarissa Williams . He married Lydia Ann Davis on June 6, 1893. He was an attorney in Muncie, Indiana. They had four children; Mary Elizabeth, Charlotte , Clarissa Lydia, William Henry. William passed away in 1919.
