Biography
Virgie was born on 21 Aug 1902 in Bradley County, Arkansas. She was the daughter of John Hickman and Hattie Trussell. Virgie passed away in Drew County, Arkansas on 6 Dec 1988 and was buried in the Sixteen Section Cemetery, Drew County, Arkansas.[1][2]
1910 Census: Virgia Hickman is living with her parents, John (32) and Hattie (28) Hickman, in the Marion Township of Bradley County, Arkansas. The record shows that Virgia was 7 and born in Arkansas. Also residing in the home were Virgia's siblings Verree (9), Vastal (5), Dara (3), and 2 month old Kavanough.[3]
9 Sep 1922: Miss Vergie Hickman and Arthur Loveless (25) were married in Bradley County, Arkansas. The record notes that Vergie was 21 years old and a resident of Wilmar, Drew County, Arkansas.[4][5]
