Cecil Hickman was born on 30 December 1865 in Hobart, Tasmania. [1]
On 1 January 1895 he married Mary Stewart at the church at Risdon. Witnesses were John Hickman, Margaret Hickman and Dinah Holness. [2]
Cecil died in January 1950 and named two sons, Cecil Charles Hickman and Sydney Hickman as executors of his estate.[3]
