Biography
Herbert Lamar Hicks, Jr. was born on July 2, 1930 in Anniston, Alabama.[1] He married Mary Elizabeth Cotton (1933-2000) in February 1963 in Calhoun County, Alabama.[2] He died on March 4, 2001, at the age of 70, and was buried in Anniston, Alabama.[3]
