Biography

Thankful Hicks was born about 1787. She was the daughter of Ira Hicks and Sarah Thornton. She married Daniel Sears in 1806 in Jolicure. In 1851 she was living in the household of her daughter a Rebecca and her son in law. Thankful is thought to have died the same year.
