Clifford was born in 1925. He was the son of Thomas Houston Hicks and Martha Melvina Wilhite.
He passed away in 2012 and is buried in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Pine Ridge, Arkansas.[1]

- Clifford Hicks, age 87, of Pine Ridge, Arkansas passed away Monday, February 20, 2012 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
- He was born January 2, 1925 in Pine Ridge, Arkansas to the late Thomas Houston Hicks and the late Martha Melvina Wilhite Hicks. Mr. Hicks was a cattle rancher by profession. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend.
- Survivors are: Sister: Bethel Hicks of Pine Ridge, Arkansas Brother: Glen R. Hicks of Pine Ridge, Arkansas Numerous nieces and nephews.
- He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Martha Melvina Hicks, his brothers, Kirby Hicks, Wesley Hicks, George Hicks, Gilbert Hicks, and Wilford Hicks and his sisters, Dora Howard, Leona Johnson, and Grace Chambers.
- Funeral services will be Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pine Ridge Union Church. Interment will follow in the Pine Ridge Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home.
