Balthasar was born on April 18, 1866 in the village of Neudorf in the Glückstal district of the Odessa area and Black Sea region of South Russia to Balthasar Hieb and Elisabeth (Trefz) Hieb. He was the last of their 10 children.[1]
Death
On February 1, 1943, at the age of 76, Wilhelm passed away in Quincy, WA.[2]
