Biography

Paul was born about 1870. He is the son of Andrew Higdon.

According to the HFA July 2022 Newsletter: "Paul Ignatius Higdon served as Shipwright onboard the USS Lancaster during the Spanish –American War and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery."
