Biography

Benjamin was born about 1765. He is the son of Benjamin Higdon and Katherine Pottle. In Mar of 1808 Benjamin Higdon Jr sued his wife Judith and William Smith a soldier with the Nova Scotia regiment because they eloped with his goods, He said she has lewd and bad character.
