Ruth Higgins was born on 5 January 1733 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Israel Higgins and Ruth Brown.[1] Other records list her from Middlesex County, Connecticut. [2]
She married Abner Stocking on 8 February 1749/50 in Middletown, Connecticut. [3][4][5][6][7][8]
She died in 1815 in Chatham, Connecticut at age 83 years. [9][10]
