Biography
Charles was born in 1892. He was the son of Ted Higgins and Mary Lewis. [1] He married Alice Griffith in 1915 [2] After she died in 1929 he married, 2ndly Eileen O'Brien in 1930 [3] He passed away in 1953 age 61 [4]
