Biography
William was born in 1897 to Gordon Higgins and Annie Brenton. He married Phyllis MacLean in 1941 and had 4 children (see below). He was a Farmer at Pleasant Valley. He died at age 95 in 1993 and was buried at Brookfield Westside Cemetery with his family.
