Biography
John J. Higgins was born in 1852 in Georgia. He married Harriett Mary Collett on February 13, 1870, in Forsyth, Georgia.[1] He died on August 18, 1907, in Savannah, Georgia, at the age of 55,[2] and was buried there.[3]
