Birth and Upbringing: Gordon was born in 1933. [1]
Occupation: Soldier – Rhodesian Army: Service No. 2289
Demise: Died in service on 27 August 1961 while serving as a Corporal with A Coy, 1st Battalion, Rhodesian Light Infantry at Rhodesia [2] He died in a climbing accident.
Burial: Gordon Higgins was buried at the Witton Cemetery in Birmingham, England [3][4]
