Biography
John was born June 2, 1948, to Thomas and Laura Battreall Hightower in DeValls Bluff, Ark. He was a graduate of DeValls Bluff High School and retired as a Warehouse Manager from Producer’s Rice Mill. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and an avid outdoorsman with a love for hunting fishing and trapping.

I am the daughter of John Wesley Hightower (6/2/48-1/4/18).
He married my mother, Linda Lee, DOB 2/25/49, from Smyrna Mills, Maine, on 9/5/1970. She was in the Air force, and they met while both in the Washington DC area.
