Allene (Hightower) Garner of Warminster passed away Sunday, Aug. 5, 2018. She was 86. Allene was the loving wife of John W. Garner. Born in Sidney, Ark., she was a daughter of the late Fred and Edna (Mynatt) Hightower. Allene worked at Majestic Oaks for over 20 years and was a member of New Life Community Church for over 35 years.
In addition to her husband, Allene is survived by her children, John R., William (Janice), and James (Nancy); her siblings, Maxine, Jack, James, Bill, Francine, and Jerry; and by many other loving family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Allene was preceded in death by a sister, Nadine.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing after 10:30 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 10, in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N York Road, Hatboro. Her interment will immediately follow in Hatboro Cemetery, Fulmer Avenue.
