Biography

Edward Peter Hilger was born on February 5th, 1919. He was the son of Peter Hilger and Katie May.[1]

Private First Class Edward P. Hilger, 6th Armored Div. U.S. Army was killed in action on August 8th, 1944 in Brittany, France during the Battle for Brest, and is buried at the Saint Joseph Church Cemetery in Ost, Reno, Kansas.[2]
