Biography

Charity was born on February 2, 1822 in Barren County, Kentucky and a daughter of James Hill and Jerusha Allee. Charity married James Vaughan on November 4, 1837 in Cooper County, Missouri. She passed away on June 6, 1887 and buried in the Allee Family Cemetery near California, Moniteau County, Missouri. [1] .d.. On the 1880 census, Charity is listed as having palsey.
