Biography

Mildred was born on February 14, 1819 in Monroe County, Kentucky and a daughter of Sanda Hill and Sally Hays Mildred married Lewis Foster on January 17, 1840 in Morgan County, Missouri. She passed away on November 29, 1906 and burial in the Flag Spring Cemetery in Moniteau County, Missouri. [1]
